Lane Farms pumpkin patch

Yesterday we journeyed out to the Lane Farms pumpkin patch in Goleta. Gwendolyn was struggling a bit so we didn't stay long, but she was so excited to be picked up to look around and take it all in when she heard all of the activity around her. She loved watching all of the people running around carefully examining all of the pumpkins and she especially liked watching the tractor hay ride as it rumbled past us. We picked up two pumpkins and are planning on carving them on Thursday night -- we can't wait to see Gwendolyn's face when she grabs the slimy, gushy, stringy pumpkin insides...
