Stanford cattle-run
September 08, 2008 by Bill Strong We all had a wonderful time with Gramma last week. Gwendolyn lovedplaying and swimming and just plain being spoiled (we were all
spoiled). We arrived back home on Sunday via our new mini-van (the G-
Van) and our house was actually in pretty good order given the
extensive surprise plumbing project that ensued over the three weeks
we were gone. We've spent today catching our breath, but tomorrow
(actually tonight at 4am) we're piling in the G-Van and making a day
run to Stanford to meet with Gwendolyn's neurologist, Dr. Wang, at
9:30 am. It is just a quick visit -- 1 blood draw and a check-up, so
as soon as we are finished we are turning around to come home. I know
driving for 10 hours in one day seems crazy, but we are ready to be
home and get settled back into our routine.
