You can do the complete Triathlon yourself or you can get a teammate or two and do the relay. For the relay, one teammate will do the swim, one will do the cycling, and the other will do the elliptical. (Two person teams are welcome also.) The events are swimming on the Vasa Swim Trainers, cycling on Cycle Ops Power Meter Cycles and elliptical-ing on the Life Fitness Cross Trainers. There will be a shorter Sprint Course which includes a 300 meter swim, 9 mile bike, and a 1 mile elliptical. Participants can expect to finish the Sprint course in about 30- 45 minutes.
