GSF/SMA Featured In Video By Chase Community Giving

November 15, 2010 by Victoria Strong

Guess which charity is being featured by Chase Community Giving? Yep, the Gwendolyn Strong Foundation!!!

We are really honored that out of all of the hundreds of charities and great causes who have won Chase Community Giving grants over the last year, that they selected the GSF to feature in a professionally produced video vignette. Increasing broad, global awareness of this cruel disease is our passion as we truly believe that with knowledge brings change. And so we are excited by this opportunity for SMA and humbled to be singled out.

And if you happened to be watching the "Courage In Sports Awards" that aired nationwide on CBS yesterday afternoon, you may have caught a quick glimpse of Miss Gwendolyn. In the middle of the broadcast they aired a feature about the Chase Community Giving charities and Gwendolyn was shown for a second. The Chase website was also displayed throughout the program encouraging some of the millions of viewers to click on over to learn more. We hope that new people will now be moved to get involved!

Thank you Chase for continuing to support our cause! Together we can end SMA -- one person and one dollar at a time!

Talk About It

How proud we are of you, and how gratifying it was to be "on board" the effort to win the research funds to defeat SMA. You have made a difference. This video is beautiful.
