All You Need Is Love

Happy Valentine's Day!

Gwendolyn is loving Valentine's Day. Since she always adores all things hearts, pink, purple, red and sparkly, she is completely aglow. She is thrilled to receive special Valentine cards. She feels beautiful and fancy getting dressed up in a pretty outfit. And she had a blast at her special Preschool Valentine Party where we sang special songs, read special stories, and had a very special snack time with hearts galore.

It is so adorable to see Gwendolyn paying attention to every detail, hanging on every word, studying the teacher closely, and tap, tap, tapping the entire time. She loves a special occasion and learning the ins and outs of each one. And Valentine's Day seems extra exciting this year because she definitely loves letting her friends know she loves them. Lots of hugs were given out today. And some very special love was given to Little Star (and Diane) who made a surprise visit to our house so he could deliver an "I love you" balloon. 

And this Valentine's Day, we are feeling the love too. We are surrounded by such good people -- and we feel so fortunate to have continued support and encouragement for our little family, so many shower our little girl with such kindness, and a ceaseless rallying around all that we do through theGSF. We are repeatedly humbled by all of you and we hope you know that you make such a difference in our lives. All you need is love...Thank you for sharing yours with us.
